BARRY WALTON
DIRECTOR
Barry Walton is a documentary film director, producer, and author with more than two decades of experience leading high impact productions from concept to completion. His work has taken him from the Himalayas to Italy, Hawaii, and across the United States, directing and producing stories for major global networks such as National Geographic and Animal Planet, as well as high profile organizations including the NBA and NHL. His films and productions have earned industry recognition, including an Emmy Award, a Golden Matrix Award, and AAF Best in Show. He is also the author of the book, The Unknown Adventurer. Barry’s work is grounded in storytelling, strong narrative structure, and an execution first mindset that delivers powerful, human centered documentaries on time and on budget.

In 2017, Barry founded Endless Media, now Walton Film Studios, a production company dedicated to documentary filmmaking and purpose driven branded storytelling. Through his leadership, the studio develops films and media that elevate authentic voices and meaningful stories across television and digital platforms. In addition to his directing work, Barry serves as an Adjunct Professor at Eastern Florida State College, where he teaches and mentors the next generation of filmmakers in documentary craft, visual storytelling, and field production.
